What is the best way to ensure you are getting surveys from your customers? My concern is that we will receive a larger portion of surveys from the extremes, which I know can help us identify issues to make us better. However, I'm concerned that the data will still be skewed and will not paint an accurate picture.

What kind of response rates are realistic? What can you do to encourage responses?
