Rob Markey, Global Practice Leader of Bain & Company's Customer Strategy & Marketing Practice
Rob Markey is a Partner at Bain & Company, and leads the firm's global Customer Strategy & Marketing practice. He has worked hand-in-hand with Fred Reichheld, Bain Fellow, since joining the firm in 1990. They regularly collaborate on client work, speaking engagements and authoring articles and other materials. Since 2006, shortly after publication of The Ultimate Question, Rob has led the NPS Loyalty Forum. The Forum is a group of loyalty-leading executives who want to share their experiences creating cultures of customer advocacy. Each quarter, members of the Forum, 25-35 senior executives from loyalty-leading companies, gather at a member site for lively discussions in which they reveal what they have been working on, how it is working, and what they will be trying next.
Expanded and revised - coming in September 2011Rob has been hard at work on a series of books with Fred Reichheld. The first of them, The Ultimate Question 2.0, was published September 2011 and spent over a month in the top-ten bestseller lists of business books for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and USA Today. In the meantime, Rob shares his own thoughts from time to time on this blog and at NetPromoterSystem.com.
